Chaps cotton dress

Here is a cute navy blue cotton dress from Chaps. It has a nice detail of a rope style belt with a bronze tone clasp. Two subtle belt loops on the waist hold it in place, but it will sit about on your hips. There is elastic around the cap sleeves. Notched collar. No snaps or zips, just pull over. Excellent used condition. Smoke free home.
