Chaps lovely business casual dress.

Cobalt blue background black and white floral print gathers at the waist elegantly draped up towards the waistline from hem line up front. Only worn a few times. All dresses are delicately washed before sending if not new. Label shows S/P but fits like a M and not really petite. I wear from size 4-6 in most.
