Chaps mesh patterned blouse with ruffle collar

Like new condition! Chaps boho style blouse. Ruffled collar with a tie at the bottom. The fabric is mesh, and the body is lined while the sleeves are semi sheer. Sleeves are 3/4 length. Nice and light for warm weather!
