Chaps, navy with white polka dots skirt, size XS , 95% polyester, 5% elastane. I’m 5’9” and this hits directly below the knee. I believe I wore this when I was a size 4-6. This skirt is very stretchy, has extra fabric 7 inches from the hem that gives a nice flare, polished look.
