Chaps polo shirt style dress with lace up placket

Chaps blue and red striped nautical lace up cotton polo short sleeve dress. Has lace up chambray placket. Slits on side piped in chambray in the inside. Worn twice, like new. Size large. Shoulder to hem is 37”.
