Chaps size 4 striped dress NWOT

This is a gorgeous dress from chaps. It is perfect for spring! We bought it as an Easter dress, but unfortunately it did not fit our daughter. It has never been worn or washed. It features a button closure at the back and a pink ribbon that can be tied into a bow. The skirt is lined and has a layer of tulle to give the skirt some bounce. Bundle it with the shrug sweater to complete the look!
