Excellent used condition. Possibly new without tags gem. Size 12. A nice neutral tan and cream. This garment has very good lines and attention to detail. I did not open the seams at the pockets to determine if they are true pockets. If not, they are nevertheless incredible. The fabric is a true mid weight fabric in a true,,fine herringbone (the fibers are woven to create the pattern. It is not printed.) The angles are crisp. But it has a really nice feel. This would be an excellent choice for your classic capsule wardrobe. Please plan to dry clean your garment. Do not wash. I find my items at various sources therefore I do not know if they have been exposed to allergens. I do not note any obvious smells, stains, or soiling.
