Charcoal Gray Felt Headband with Fascinator

This charcoal gray headband features a double flower “fascinator,” with just the slightest hint of shimmer in the center of each. This piece guarantees adding a little fun to even the most conservative of outfits. Measures approximately 16” across, from end to end. Never been worn, but note photo showing interior metal punch through. However, this could be easily mended with a small stitch or two.
