Charcoal heather gray slim line dress

This beautiful size 16 dress is a beautiful dark charcoal gray with a little bit of hovering. It has a beautiful pleated bust area and plates down the front and feet down the back as pictured. There is no lining on the lower portion of the dress and there’s a polyester lining on the top portion of the dress. The stress has never been worn however I have use the belt on other items.
