Formal girls mini dress has a short skirt with bubble layer and 2 ruffles layered look underneath, super cute, my favorite fancy dress my girls have worn, it is by heavenly cuties, and lined with a stretchy soft fabric, fraying in the rose ribbon lace design on waist, doesnt take from the beauty of dress and could be trimmed off , there are sequins that are holographic, making them look rainbow colored in the pics. It is a dark silver charcoal color. Size 10, very fitted and short.
