Charles Alan Red and Black Polka Dot dress

This red and black polka dot dress is so cute! Open pleating on the front of the skirt and sleeves trimmed in black. The belt has a black section on the front to match the black trim. There are three buttons on the back of the belt. 13" zipper. Has a union made tag. I believe it to be polyester.
