Charles Chang Lima bubble skirt

This skirt begins with a fitted waist line and a back zipper. The skirt falls in a blouson shape with some crazy origami folds to a bubble hem The fabric is a little bit of shine to it and there are no fabric tags my best guess would be a polyester. Skirt is lined in an excellent condition
