Charles Chang-Lima black dress jeweled neckline flutter sleeves Sz 2

Charles Chang-Lima black soft jersey like dress with jeweled neckline and flutter sleeves. Dress is Modal, Cashmere and Elastane. Very difficult to photograph - black garments always show as gray and with more lint than is actually visible. I have a terrible lighting situation in my house coming from someone who had their own clothing store. Thought there was a chip in the center stone but that was intentional - there is a chip on all four corners. Not sure if new. Doesn’t look it but there is a price tag clipped to the material tag for $680.00 at the bottom of the dress. May have been a rental? Came into my high-end shop in 2019.
