Charles Henry Floral Shirt Dress, sz Small

This dress buttons down to the elastic Waist, has hidden side pockets, button cuffs, and is lined from the waist down. Size Small. PTP 20" Length 35" Sleeve 20" Waist 15” (stretches up to 17.5”) Note: I believe the elastic in the waist has lost some of its elasticity. Laying flat, it measures about 15" across the waist at its tightest (see last photo). When stretched, the waist goes up to about 17.5". Therefore, the waist may not get as tight as it should anymore. Reposhing this item I purchased from @sealscubed. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. Questions? Leave a comment below!
