Charles Morgan Ship Bank PROJECT! Republic of China Anchor Savings Bank Vintage

I have no clue about this. This needs love. Strings are broken and it needs cleaning. If you love models or refurbishing, then this is your project. The base is a wooden bank. On the bottom is a sticker that says made in the Republic of China and one that says Anchor Savings Bank. From bow to stern, it is approximately 9.5". From base to top of highest sail is approximately 10.5" and the base is 3" wide. I do not know what year this was made. It is clearly old. It has 3 nesting lookout towers on the top, some rope ladders and 2 flags but one seems to have the tip broken off. This is as is and for someone who understands what it needs.
