Charles Nolan New York Navy Silk Dress, Sz 12

This is a unique dress that I'm not sure how it's supposed to be worn. There is like a "cape" connected at the shoulders and no back, but I think you're supposed to tie the ends of the "cape" around the waist in front, like a sort of wrap. There is a zipper at the back (under the "cape"). Color is dark navy blue. 100% silk, dry clean only. Only imperfections: two small light colored dots near the right arm hole (see close up in picture), and corner of tag unattached from back of dress (see pic).
