Charlie & Robin Sweater

Purchased used, I couldn’t wear it. It states Large however likely would fit a Small as the arms are very snug, I’d venture to guess it shrunk. Unfortunate as I love this pattern. Please review measurements. Pit to pit: 18 L:19.5 Arm Length: 20 Arm width at upper (please double for circumference): 4.5
