It’s a NWT pair of golden yellow ‘Sun’ shorts from Charlie, a premium gay swimwear brand by Matthew Zink. Features quick drying fabric in blends of nylon and spandex, a brief liner, stretchy waistband with tie cords, back cell phone pocket, and back YKK zipper pocket. Made in Europe. Size XS fits a waist of 28” - 29”. Waist is about 12” wide when measured across but can stretch to about 17”. Very short 2.5” inseam and about 7.5” long when measured along the side. lgbt / pride
