@vintagechic180 the skirt has a sewn in waistband with zipper and hook/eye so it really doesn’t have much give to it. However just below the stitching of the waistband the skirt flares out and stretches where the pleating begins.

@flexiblefish_ According to Anthropologie’s sizing chart 25/26” would be a 0/2 so even though it’s marked 2, it may be on the 0 size.
