Charlie’s Project, Floral long sleeve twirl dress. 18-24 month. Beautiful, comfortable, stretchy material. My daughter only wore this a couple of times. Some of the material is stretched out on the waste band, as pictured which can not be seen when she wore it. Otherwise, in fantastic condition!
