Charlotte Neuville Vintage Plum Silk Blouse with Sailor Style Collar

This beautiful plum colored vintage silk blouse by Charlotte Neuville has distinctive styling! It features a sailor-style collar trimmed in black (which measures 11" long in back), fabric covered buttons in black on the front and cuffs, and a bottom hem black border. The V-neck is 9" in length before the buttons begin. There are dropped shoulders as part of the design. One thing I love about this blouse is that it is loose at the bottom -- 23.5" measured flat.
