Charlotte Ruse Pink Chiffon and Lace Dress Adorable dress. Belt loops but no belt. Considered keeping but the size isn't quite right for me. I actually wore this as part of my Eleven outfit from Stranger Things with a blue jacket, tube socks and white shoes.
