Charlotte Russe 3x high-low floral dress

NWT Charlotte Russe faux wrap dress. Light blue with beige and pink floral design. Size 3x, but runs small. First more like a 1x or 2x to me. Back zipper closure, and lined. Missing the tie that goes around the waist.
