Charlotte Russe Black Draping Dress

XS body-con dress with a flattering drape at the center. Because of the draping, the front of the dress is a bit shorter than the back. I never wore this dress out because I quickly discovered that with the stretchy material the top becomes very loose. Probably could fix that issue with some double sided tape.
