Charlotte Russe Black Formal Dress

Black formal dress with a really pretty textured top and a poof black netted bottom. There is a black slip underneath the poof skirt so it is not see through. The straps are non adjustable and the cups of the dress are padded. I love how the waist cinches, it is so flattering. Worn once to homecoming. ✦ Size: No size tag. Waist is approx 25-26” laid flat, I’m a 27” and it fit me well. ✦ Condition: Good. No notable flaws.
