Charlotte Russe Blue Bib Front Skater Dress.

I absolutely loved this dress , I bought it for my Senior year homecoming , it's perfect for any occasion really . It's a beautiful chiffon blue , it has skinny straps that connect the bib front of this dress to absolutely beautiful webbed straps that go in a criss - cross formation in an open back of the dress . Although it's fitted through the waste , it flares out toward the bottom . Goes perfect with white heels .☺️ ( RUNS REALLY SMALL THOUGH !!! )
