Charlotte Russe Blue Lace Crop Top

Baby blue crop top with white lace detail. Only worn once or twice. A few threads inside that are visible (pictured and one of the elastics that you can use to hang the top with is detatched. Thick material. Not supportive like a bra but does have padding so not see through and nothing will show through!
