Charlotte Russe Bright Yellow Short Skirt Size L, Fits Like 8. Wide fabric waistband in front, wide bright yellow elastic waistband in back. Slightly gathered with two front-side pockets. Bright yellow lining. Synthetic fabric feels like cotton, is soft and bouncy, super comfortable. Fits well at the waist or low on the hips. Worn only a couple times, the condition is good with the exception of the back seam. Please see pictures. The back vertical seam is moderately stretched but still intact. I'm definitely considering this in the price. Again, please see the pics. This is an "any occasion" summer skirt.
