Charlotte Russe Crochet Lace Top Peplum White and Blue Dress - Size Small

PLEASE NOTE: THIS DRESS IS IN WHITE AND BLUE AND NOT IN ALL BLACK OR WHITE LIKE THE PICTURES WITH THE MODELS! I couldn't find any model pictures in the blue and white dress but wanted to show what it looked liked on a model! I did attach pictures of the actual dress so you can see the blue and white coloring. Brand new, never been worn Charlotte Russe Peplum style dress. This item is not sold anywhere else and has the unique colors of blue and white. There are no tags attached, but this item has never been worn, and is in mint condition. There is a crochet lace top that ties with an open back, and the bottom part zips up. Material on the top is soft and silky smooth! Great dress for all occasions! Message me with any questions!
