fashionnova92 @chelseamartinb It will definitely fit a Large-XL. I bought this when i was a size L-XL and it fit perfectly then. Charlotta Russe is pretty good at being true to the size. (None of that buy a Medium and you end up with an XS lol). Ill be home tonight though and i can measure the circumference of the top for you if you wish 😊
