Charlotte Russe High Waisted Floral Skirt

Worn once. Beautiful Floral pattern and colors. I am 5'5" and it goes just past my knees. Zipper closure, no elastic. Waist measures approx. 26". Satiny feel to the fabric. White slip. Missing the hook for the latch at the top of the zipper.
