Charlotte Russe dress in size small. Dress is a navy blue color with floral design. It features long flowy sleeves and a criss cross open back. It is a pullover dress and has an elastic waist. Plunging v neckline. All of the dress is lined with solid blue material except the sleeves. Approx measurements: 25 1/2" sleeve length, 32 1/2" from top of shoulder to the bottom of the dress. I am not a professional seamstress so all measurements are done to the best of my ability. Material is 100% polyester. This dress is in very good pre-owned condition. I am an experienced seller and all items are packaged with care. PLEASE NOTE: I AM NOT AMAZON. I am one person, a Senior, who lives in a rural area.
