Charlotte Russe Skater Dress with halter type neck. Navy blue with pink and light blue floral pattern. Back zipper along with buttons at back of neck and keyhole opening in back. Skirt has a cute silky lining along with a shirt piece if tulle to give it flare. Top is lined also. Size small. Previously owned no visible flaws 16” flat lay plus 15” at the middle.
