Charlotte Russe Patterned Skater Dress

Charlotte Russe fit and flare skater dress, padded chest so no need for a bra! Cute little cut out in midsection to peek some skin. Adjustable straps, no zippers just stretchy enough to pull on. Only defect is the size tag is coming off on one size and some pilling from general wear. For reference I am 5'5 and typically a size M or 6/8 and this fits perfectly.
