Charlotte Russe Polka Dot Dress

Charlotte Russe black and white polka dot dress. Fitted at the top and flares at the bottom. Has small belt loop strings for a belt but can easily be cut off! Zips up in the back. ***NOTE*** Has a tiny stain on the front but it's not very noticeable! In very good condition :) (97% cotton, 3% spandex)
