[Charlotte Russe] Strapless Summer Dress

This lightweight, fake silky dress was my go to for a country concert. It is a yellow strapless dress with a brown, floral like design. It is fitted around the bust and thighs but a little looser around the belly. There is some cute rushing on the side of the dress as well as around the bust area.
