This vintage 1990’s homecoming/prom/party dress has a scrunched halter black top with a lightly padded bust-line and tiered black and white floral mini dress bottom. Made of machine washable polyester and spandex, which gives it a lot of stretch, and is a size medium (laying flat measurements in photos).
