Charlotte Russe White and Black lace blouse

Size small. Like new, only worn once. Incredibly soft and extremely elegant yet simple. It has a sweetheart V under a high black lace neckline with lace cap sleeves. The neckline ties in the back with a silk bow. This is very beautiful on and the white fabric is stretchy so it gives you some breathing room without being too heavy. This blouse looks great with jeans or skirts! I was surprised with how versatile it is. There are no flaws, it's gorgeous, it was just a little too small for me.
