Charlotte Russe blouse

Reddish blouse from Charlotte Russe, size XS. Blouse is flowy with mid length flowy sleeves and see through in the middle. V-neck with cute design that runs down the middle and is along the collar. Blouse is tie up in the back and also has cut out shoulders. Cute for going out or even for a cover up. Material on the design is slightly worn down and has some freys but otherwise is in good condition. Worn only a couple of times.
