maurikat Shipping status says delivered, but I never received this item. I am looking for a tracking # to ask the post office. Can you help me? It is just asking me to rate the item, but no longer asks me to accept it.

If you can't find it I would suggest raising a claim with PM. I can always hold on to the second one I have for you in case we need to replace the order.
