Charlotte Russe button dwn off shoulder dress

Very cute! White button down collared, ruffled, off-the-shoulder dress - knee length I am 5 foot 2 and it hits me just below the knee. It was bought at a secondhand Boutique so I've actually never worn it & the owner of the store said it had never been worn. However it does have the boutique tag on it. There are no stains and it fits really well. Great staple piece. You can pair with a belt. Sweater over for fall. Accessorize 💓
