Charlotte Russe candel light ( ivory) lace dress

beautiful candel light strapless lace cocktail dress. sweetheart neckline, can add a belt to dress it up a bit, but it doesn't come with one. I was going to wear it for an informal wedding dress, unfortunately plans changed....I don't need it now.
