Charlotte Russe dress

Dark blue flower dress with side slit and ruching at the waist near the slit. Very stretchy. Pull over style. Scoop neck and back. Back scoop is a little lower than the front. This dress is slim fit, but has a lot of stretch. Materials are 95% rayon and 5% spandex.
