Charlotte Russe dress

Super cute dress, just a little tight in my waist. Elastic waistband. Lining. Has little belt loops, but no belt included. Very cute and professional as well. One small fabric snag (last picture) that is not visible when wearing. Tag says small, but I think it could be better for an xs.
