Super soft polyester fabric with fitted stretch. Off the shoulder, oversized collar. Slightly asymmetrical because of the angle at the bottom of the skirt and the gathered stitching on the left hip. Sleeves are 20in shoulder to cuff. Skirt length from high waist to bottom of skirt is 21in
