Charlotte Russe floral cold shoulder wrap dress

Size 2x navy floral wrap dress with a cold shoulder. Both times I wore it, I tucked the sleeves inside to make it sleeveless. The length is 37”, bust is 23”, arm length is 25”, and the elasticized waistband stretches from ~19”-28”
