Charlotte Russe light blue floral design dress size L

This Charlotte Russe light blue floral design dress is a size large but I'd say it fits more like a medium. It measures about 18" across the bust lying flat and 15" across the waist, but it has some elastic stretch. It measures about 31" in length from top of shoulder to bottom of dress. The front has a snap enclosure to keep it secure. The bottom has wrinkled up a bit and shows the underlayer but can probably be remedied by ironing.
