Charlotte Russe pencil skirt

Midi-length rose pink pull-on pencil skirt (say that ten times fast!) from Charlotte Russe. No care tags on the garment, but feels like a polyester blend with some stretch. Two belt loops on waistband. Unlined. Sized as a large but fits more like S/M, please see measurements. Some small imperfections- two marks around the size of a pencil point, see photos.
