samanthasandler @ash79 umm I really don't know. It's super stretchy which is the only reason it fits over my chest haha. And I feel like it is supposed to be worn looser. I can measure from armpit to armpit if that would be helpful!

samanthasandler @ash79 ok so from armpit to armpit is 21 inches across and the waist band not stretched at all is 13.5 inches. Yea the color and pint are very pretty and the picture doesn't do it justice!
