Charlotte Russe - tank w/ cut out front & tassel accents.

This pretty little tank has some beautiful little tassel/knit accents. The bottom is outlined in small knit circles, and the back has ties with tassels that hang down. The center is cut out with the knit circles as a design. This is a cute summer top that needs no accessories and has a light and airy feel. The shirt says it’s a large, but can fit someone who is a small or medium as well. It really depends on the type of fit you want.
